INTRO





WELCOME TO MY BLOG!
Relaxing isn't skill I have mastered. I thrive on challenges and need goals. What better way than 60 days of pure cardio H-E-double hockey sticks?! Besides, I'm getting in shape too.

For those who just happened across my blog, I am a 25 year old, who falls in to all the normal height/weight, BMI, and body fat percentage charts. I'm pretty active and in the past have done parts of the P90X, but grew bored with the format.

My plan (and yes, I always have a plan) is to follow the Insanity workout plan exactly as structured; daily work outs, nutrition, etc. The only exception is that I am using a different brand of protein and recovery powder than what is listed.

Insanity begins on Friday!

P.S. For those of you who know me, I saw the cardiologist about 10 days ago. He insisted I incorporate more cardio in to my work out. I'm not sure he had this in mind, but...well he should have been more specific!
